This MATOC is intended to deliver Firm Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ environmental compliance services in support of U.S. European Command (EUCOM) stakeholders, including U.S. Army Europe-Africa (USAREUR-AF), Installation Management Command–Europe (IMCOM-E), and other Department of Defense organizations operating throughout Europe. The work supports critical compliance and hazardous materials/hazardous waste management efforts that help protect the mission, the workforce, and the environment.

What this contract supports

Under this MATOC, services may include:
• Environmental compliance management support (e.g., environmental management system compliance, performance assessments, site assessments, and management plan updates)
• Hazardous materials and hazardous waste management support (e.g., hazardous/solid waste management, HMMS support, reuse center operations or equivalent, and site investigations, sampling, and analysis)
• Support across installations and enduring locations in Europe, with much of the work anticipated in Eastern Europe and other EUCOM-aligned locations
